My friend and I bought a voucher for a full contour body wrap at YSpa, a beauty and wellness center. YSpa (1033 Cambie Street) is located in Yaletown just off Cambie Bridge. I was very excited as this was be my first time visiting a spa center (in Vancouver) and the concept of a body wrap was still fairly new to me.

As they knew that my friend and I came together, they organized us into the one room with two facial beds - very considerate of them. We got to choose from 4 different contour body wraps: hydrating, firming, slimming, detoxifying. I was told that the slimming body wrap is cold and since today was pretty chilly, I didn't feel like being wrapped in something cold. I ended up with the hydrating wrap.

We were then brought to a room so that we could prepare for the body wraps. They provided us with disposable panties and towels to cover ourselves.  Two girls came in and started the body wrap. They covered our entire body with facial mask-like thick material and then wrapped us in a plastic bag. After that, the towels came on to keep us warm. It was very comfortable and relaxing. They also did a foot/head/shoulder massage and it was amazing. Both of the girls were extremely friendly and fun to talk to. They did a good job!

For $5 off your purchases at iherb.com, use this code: WID699

The Yellow Stick is a 100% cocoa butter (theobroma oil) stick by Cococare. Cococare, a company in New Jersey, specializes in cocoa butter and a variety of products for health and beauty. Cocoa butter is a natural fat extracted from cocoa bean. Not only have I used this product as a skin moisturizer, but it is also great as a lip balm. I've also heard that it works well  on stretch marks and scar marks so I am currently using it on my scar which I got from falling on cement.

This little product is amazing and I am amused by the great number of uses. It is in a perfect size and shape to fit in your handbag. Also, it smells very good, like chocolate! When rubbed on your body, palms, or lips, it will melt because it melts at body temperature so it is very easy to use. One thing about this product is that it may be hard to use if you are trying to apply it on a place that is not warm enough to melt it. When I tried to apply it on to the top of my hands, it doesn't melt. It may also be hard to apply it if you are outside in a cold environment. Other than that, I love this product. One little natural stick - so many uses.

I bought The Yellow Stick from iHerb.com for a low low price of $1.41. iHerb.com also have a ton of other products with very low prices, so definitely worth checking them out. Their delivery service is also fast and reliable, from my experience. I'm very satisfied with their service and this product I ordered and I plan to order another stick as well as trying some other products they offer!
Opinions are my own. Feel free to ask me any questions in the comments section.

I had the opportunity to be one of the first to try Kiehl's Clearly Corrective Dark Spot Solution. The product does not actually hit stores until the end of January.

I don't have many dark spots, but I do have a few freckles and I have been noticing some very light dark spots appearing as well. I have been using this product for a week now and I alternated between using it as a spot treatment and putting it on my whole face. When I wake up in the morning, the most noticeable difference is that my skin is a little brighter and my skin tone looks a bit more even. I'm not noticing that my freckles or dark spots have been diminished or have become lighter, but it has only been a week so far.
